Full interior specification for a 600m² coastal residence in Guanacaste.
The constraint
The client needed furniture that could handle salt air, high humidity, and full sun exposure — without sacrificing the visual refinement they expected.
Our approach
We curated a selection of pieces specifically rated for tropical coastal environments, working closely with manufacturers to verify performance specifications. Every material was vetted for UV resistance, salt tolerance, and humidity stability. The result: interiors that feel as refined as any temperate-climate home, built to thrive in Guanacaste's demanding conditions.
“ADS understood our project from day one. The material guidance saved us months of trial and error.”
